I am wondering what is the best route south from Bridger, Montana to Cody. It looks shorter to use Highway 72 and 120 but I'm wondering what the roads are like for pulling a trailer. Is it better to use Highway 310/114 and 14? It's a REALLY pretty drive, but it's a lot of driving. About 3 hours from Cody to the Grand Loop Road and then 45 miles road on to Mammoth. If you come in the east gate, you'll have a really pretty drive but will be at the Grand Loop Road in about 2 hours.
